McLean Conservatory

The existing house comprised two previous additions/renovations which this new “Phase 3” project complements and completes.  Architectural elements and finishes took their cues from the existing home making this addition look and feel seamless.

Circulation was a programmatic challenge due to two existing points of entry on different levels requiring a new interior stairway.  A new BBQ deck, with pass-thru window to the kitchenette, was created for easy access to the backyard gardens and free flow of inside & outside spaces.
